Description

General

Bagging or pouching equipment that forms individual bags or pouches from roll stock film in a vertical orientation. Vertical Form/Fill/Seal (vf/f/s) machines draw the film over a forming collar to create a vertical tube of film. The machines then horizontally cut and separate the tube into individual bags, filling the bags or pouches with product before sealing. The top seal of one bag becomes the bottom seal of the next bag. Commonly used for free-flowing, fragile, or hard to handle products in the food industry, such as potato chips, in combination with weighers.

3. It adopts high-precision servo vacuum film transport system, which is stable in film transport and extremely low in belt loss. With the photoelectric automatic positioning and tracking system, it has high positioning accuracy
4. The horizontal sealing adopts servo sealing, and the sealing control is stable, flat, beautiful and low gas consumption.
5. Intelligent digital temperature control system, stable temperature difference control, with tooth shaped sealer, to ensure that the seal is firm.
6. Including automatic fault alarm display function, such as low temperature, no packaging film, no color band, no material, servo fault, no color code signal, glass protective door is not closed, etc., which means automatic alarm or shutdown.

Scope of application
It is suitable for the packaging of bulk objects with high weighing accuracy and fragile, such as seeds, fried goods, miscellaneous grains, expanded food, Guoba, jelly, candy, pistachio, apple slices, dumplings, Tangyuan, chocolate, pet food, condiment, medicinal materials, hardware and other kinds of block, strip and powder materials.

Selection of weighing mechanism
The weighing part can be equipped with the following electronic scales: two, four, six linear scales; ten electronic combined scales, fourteen electronic combined scales.
