General
Equal Troughing Idlers are designed to support the belt and transport material on the carrying side of the conveyor belt. They are manufactured to meet or exceed all CEMA load standards, combining an innovative frame design with idler rolls equipped with a proven seal system to ensure long maintenance free service in even the most demanding applications.
Application
Troughing idlers are positioned on the carrying side of the conveyor belt and are responsible for supporting the bulk material being conveyed. They help create a trough shape in the conveyor belt, which is especially useful for handling materials that are prone to spillage. Extending their life expectancy can be a challenge. Our proven seal design and low maintenance rollers lead to less downtime and increased profits. The troughing angle comes in 20°, 35°, and 45°.
